Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all reservations are non-refundable. You can contact us if you want to cancel your reservation. However, the cancellation may involve a cancellation fee per passenger per flight.

For US bookings, even if your ticket is non-refundable:

You may cancel your booking same day subject to the cancellation fees.

All Airline Basic Economy tickets and Promotion tickets cancellation are not permitted Non-refundable tickets.

Reservations are non-changeable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

 Fees & exceptions

An administrative charge may be involved apart from the expenses and charges incurred by travel suppliers. These are charged on per-ticket basis and are non-refundable.

Cancellations & exchange

Most of the tickets are non-refundable. In case a cancellation is allowed, then a credit might be considered against future bookings by the same traveller on the same airline. However, airlines have their policy of credit termination date, so the credit is subjected to those time limits.

If a traveller wants to cancel a ticket, then he/she must do so before the departure of the flight for the cancellation to be effective. You will have to bear the difference in the fare, if applicable, in case you want to make a new reservation and utilize the credit. These are the policies of the airlines which are beyond our control.

Refund requests

We may accept refund requests only under the conditions mentioned below:

If the fare rules allow for cancellation and refunds.

We secure waivers from the suppliers to process the request for cancellation and refund.

We cannot be specific about the time duration for the processing of the refund request as refund requests are processed on a sequential basis. You will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your refund request once you have provided us with your cancellation request. This notification does not guarantee a refund, but it is only an acknowledgement of your refund request and provides you with a tracking number.

We will work with the suppliers to generate a waiver upon receipt of your refund request and notify you about the supplier decision. As we are dependent on the suppliers for receiving the refund requests, it may take additional time for the refund to be effective after it is approved by the supplier.

Apart from the refund penalties, Traveloshoppers will charge a post ticketing services fee as applicable. All refund fees are charged on per-passenger, per-ticket basis. However, these fees will be charged only after the approval of the refund request by the suppliers or the receipt of a waiver and based on the refund rules of the suppliers.

We will refund you our post-ticketing service fees, but not our original ticket booking fees if a refund is not processed by the supplier.

The refund request will only be accepted if the ticketing fare rules allow for the cancellation.
